Youth Intervention Transport “YIT” was created for the simple fact that most of our customers, parents, families, Grandparents, professional sources, Education Consultants loved the idea of Transport Agents to be directly involved working with their child at the program facility when the Transport is over. Our Transport Agents work at Red Hawk Academy and They are also certified Transport Agents. Imagine all the clearances and back ground checks are done on the federal level “FBI” and local law enforcements agencies. Also, the other benefit of having staff at the program do transport will be building relationships from the start and agents will be already “deescalation” certified. This is an important factor when dealing with young people being transport from home to there final destination it limits the feeling of “abandonment” when she gets comfortable with agents then the idea of never seeing them again.
